Teachers

If you’re wondering whether ScienceWithMe!® can integrate into your classroom, then the answer is a resounding “yes!”

ScienceWithMe!® is designed to be supplementary to standard science education curricula. It doesn’t supplant or replace what you’re already teaching, but it will help your students get more excited about science in general, and give them a jump on their science education with a solid grounding and literacy in scientific concepts and terminology.

We encourage teachers to use our content with their students, which is why a single license to our Activities Bundle can be used with an entire classroom (entire schools and districts need an institutional license – see below).

Schools, Boards and Districts

Normal licensing for the ScienceWithMe!® Activities Bundle is per-parent or per-teacher; an individual teacher is permitted to copy the materials to his/her students within one classroom.

For use in multiple classrooms, an entire school, tutoring center, school board, school district or other institution, an institutional license is required. Such a license would allow for the content to be copied to all students of the institution.

Pre-Schooling

As a pre-schooling educator, you will be happy to learn that ScienceWithMe!® was originally developed within a pre-school setting, in which the program performed very well, even though we chose not to hold back and over-simplify the program.

The principal philosophy of ScienceWithMe!® is the premise that kids, when put in the right environment and asked the right questions, are smart enough to figure things out for themselves. Children are used to extracting knowledge and making their own sense out of what they see and hear. As parents and educators, it’s not our job to say that a child is too young to understand something.

ScienceWithMe!® is designed to mentally stretch kids, build scientific confidence, and – most importantly – gets kids excited about science at an early age.
